Live Cheap and Free! Strategies to Thrive in Tough Economic Times was featured on AM Northwest. This was my first experience with being interviewed on television, and I didn't quite know what to expect. Two of my best friends and I drove down to the studio and we waited in the green room before my segment, which was literally 5 minutes. Then it was time to go home - I got a large dose of reality when only an hour after my interview, I was cleaning out the litter box for my cats!

This video is a few minutes long, and our entry could only be 30 seconds in length! We turned in a video that was 30 seconds exactly, but kept the original since we had worked so hard on it!

Stand Up at Curious Comedy
Apparently I craved excitement or incredible nervousness one summer, because I decided to take "Intro to Stand Up" classes at a comedy theater in town. The class lasted for eight weeks, and it was a BLAST! Aside from practicing in class, this is my first experience doing stand-up comedy on stage. In front of an audience. Of strangers. I hear it's good - I still haven't been able to watch it!
