Spotlight on Safeway

I shopped at Safeway this morning (Gladstone on Webster), and found some pretty cool deals not in the ad.

First, if you haven’t picked up the Nabisco coupon book, look for them on endcaps and on displays that have the snack packs on sale this week.

The second is Pepsi product 24-packs. At Albertson’s, 12 packs of Pepsi are buy 2, get 2 free, which makes them $2.50 each (plus deposit). BUT, if you buy two 24 packs at Safeway, they are $4.99 each (plus deposit), AND you’ll find coupons stuck on them for $2 off 2, which makes the total cheaper than if you buy four 12 packs at Albertson’s. (as always, your mileage may vary).
